That feeling of being "in love" is really a chemical thing. It dies out usually after a year, at most 3 years... But there's got to be something to replace it with. And simply living side by side instead of together doesnt seem like it... I have no idea how to fix this, my only suggestion is couples therapy...
why don't you two try to remember the reasons why you got together in the first place. what attracted you two to each other? was it justa physical thing or is it something more? it seems to be that the passion in your relationship has died off. so why don't you kiss him like the first time you kissed him?
try to have a talk w. him telling him of all the reasons why you fell in love w. him and how..then try to relive that passion ya'll had..that happines ya'll would share..jut bc it died off for a bit doesnt mean that the loves over yet..maybe the big news that ya'll are married..but doesnt mean that your love to each other has to b over..
