Why is my shoulder hurting during my pregnancy?

Hello I woke up this morning with sore shoulders I would say on the muscle then on the actual shoulder its both sides the right side it starting to fade faster than the left side I only feel the soreness when I bend my arms back ,can't see a doctor...

until the 7th ...I read up on etopic pregnancy but thats the only symptom I experienced maybe I should take a hot bath or get a massage?

I say you slept wrong maybe get a massage from someone dont go too of a hot bath I heard that hot baths can hurt a baby.. but warm bath would be good maybe take regular Tylenol.
