400 kcals a day and no exercise?

I'm eating about that many a day. I'm trying to lose Weight I think I'm getting fat and I need to lose weight. Even if I didn't exercise (Which I do!!!) would I still lose weight with just that?

is that kilocalories? so 4000 calories a day - thats twice what it should be - the average person should eat a balanced diet of 2000 calories a day - and if you want to lose weight - drop that down to no less than 1500 - if you drop that down to any lower your body will hold on to all the fat because it will be in starvetion emergency mode - and you'll actually gain weight - and just exercise more than 1500 - see where I'm going? there are lots a charts on the internet that say what exercise burn how many calories too - remember to eats lots of fruits and vegetables too
