when my freinds cat had kittens, the mother rejected one, and my friend would be guded by the kitten, she fed very frequently at first, more often than every hour, but that's only because she let the kitten dictate how much she wanted, which is what they do with the mother anyway - as and when.

but you should go see a vet and get proper advice, rearing a baby kitten for the first tme should be done under adivce, your local cat shelter will happily give you advice for free...

Yep every 2 hours, you should be feeding it KMR (Kitten Milk Replacer). I haven't ever seen a kitten younger than 5 days survive, though.
