How long to wait until second base?

I am 16 and my girlfriend is 14 , we've been dating for three months. we are not ready for "second base" but I'd like to know about how long we should wait and how to actually do it

you should wait until you are both ready don't pressure your girlfriend or I'll kick your a$$.

Dating at your age 16 & 14 is a big difference in ages. It's only 2 years but when you are speaking of making out it's huge. She is way to young to be thinking about this let alone doing it. Either of you are way too young to be parents and unless you are very educated with human sexuality and prevention in STDs and pregnancy you have no business speaking to her about this. I'm not sure the laws in your state but she may fall under the age of concent...meaning you may go to jail for having any sexual contact with her.

Going to second base and touching can involve pre-c*m. The male secretes a liquid prior to ejaculating that contain sperm. If this is on the hands under the nails etc and these hands touch the vagina either by fingering or caressing the sperm can enter and pregnancy can occur.
