It's bad in the long term. Your blood pressure will go up, your pulse will be inhuman after 10 years. Eventually, your brain will start detoriating after some time, cause you don't bring enough oxygen to it. You should seriously seek medical attention. Better be on sleeping pills than get a heat attack at 30.
Also, lack of sleep makes you vurnuable to stress and can eventually lead you to mood swings and depression. Your will losea lot of weight, making you feel like a living zombie.

I get two hours of sleep a night is that bad? I haven't been able to get regular sleep for a couple of years because of something traumatizing that happened in my life.
Anyone know a remedy?
