well have baby shower and maybe ask for donations to
help you and if your parents want to help maybe ask them
to help alittle yeah it is tough my cousin jerrys girlfriend had her
new born and she's 19 and he's 18 still in school well
I would do the same keep the baby yeah good luck and
God Bless

first off congrats on the baby... and just to let you know I admire you for making the decision to keep the baby... a lot of girls want to do the act and not take what comes after... then they only think of themselves and do something drastic to get rid of the baby... I think that now that you are still pregnant you should consider getting your GED... and then get a job... if need the governement will help you out... I hope I helped...
There is so much to know to become a good mother.
- Are you and the father still together? If so then you guys should both work on taking care of the baby; if not then you should get him for child support to help take care of the baby.
- You could go to Good Will and see what all they have, they usually have good stuff and cheap.
- Maybe even talk with other people about seeing if they have any old baby stuff that you could use.
- Go to the library and get books on how to be a parent and what to expect. Knowledge is everything.
- Start to look for a pediatrician in advance.
- Also look into state programs to help you.
- You most definitely want to finish up school. GED would be fine.
Well that's all I got so far. Hope it helps.

I had a baby last year at 17 years of age. I would highly recommend going to a lamazze class, if you can. Or just read some articles online about becoming a mother. State/Gov. helps a lot. See what you can qualify (like others said). Get someone to throw you a baby shower for sure & invite EVERYONE you know. I got almost everything I needed by doing that. BUT finish school, its really important. It's going to be a struggle at first with a newborn in the home. You need to be very patient! He/she will cry at all hours through the day & NIGHT! You will hardly get any sleep those first few weeks.. don't get discouraged... things will get better.. if you ever need anything.. fun mail me. or email me Fun mail me
good luck
