well thats like the same height as me and im 60kg and I could gain about a stone and I still wouldn't be fat...if you understand me lol??so I think your weights ok!
but I'm not an expert with weight but if you wanted to lose some weight you could try doing sit ups or something that doesn't involve your feet gettin hurt!!

lol I did sit ups for about a week and eventually I was like OH MY GOD forget it. Loll I think its just cause sometimes I just EAT. and I mean EAT LIKE CRAZY. lol My sisters the same height as me and she only weighs 63kg yet she looks so slim and healthy! I just don't get it. anyway, I'm trying to get my mum to buy me this "lateral thigh trainer". Even if it doesn't work, it would probably make me feel better.
bloody hell you should me in my shoes for a day I eat everything!
I'm not very weight concious though because I dont care, I dont pile it on heavy because im always running around at work and at home and running after someone doing something etc, but I do love to go swimming, thats great exercise, and its fun

13 and i weigh 70kg
Im 13 and I weigh around 70kg Is this normal? Im really worried. I just can't shift it, even if I don't eat in between meals. I can't do sports as my feet swell and hurt so easily. What can I do?
