I've said this before, but I don't mind repeating myself. A lot of people eat when they want to, not when they need to. For example, if you smell warm cookies, you want to eat them, but you don't need to. People also think that they need to eat meals of a certain size, but that's not really true. Yes, eat three meals a day, but if you don't feel hungry, then mak it small, like an apple and a granola bar. The best thing you can do is make your biggest meal breakfast, and never skip it; it's your starting boost, and it will just disappear really quick, because your body needs more energy to get started. Lunch make moderate, but keep dinner small. Everyone seems to think that they need to eat a hue dinner, but it's the exact opposite. See, most of that energy you don't use, so it ends up being stored as fat. Keep it small, and that won't happen. Good Luck! Fun mail me!
I m just watching my carbs, and reduce the fatty foods, but that mostly cause I got my gall bladder remove so It takes longer for my organism to process fats. but the past answers are right exercise, watch the calories you eat per day, you can do journal like Carrie Underwood, and writte down all you eat every day, so you can detect the things you need to reduce, or eliminate for your daily diet.
