Long distance relationships are very hard. if you can meet up every weekend then its not so bad but otherwise its a no no. I've tried it and its best to stay friends or move on.

Long distance relationships can DEFINITELY work. Ignore those that say they can't, all that means is that they don't have the willpower or strength to do it. They are very rewarding relationships because you really get to know each other on all different levels, without the pressure of having to do anything physical (which you shouldn't have to feel in a relationship anyway, but I'm just saying) Just be sure you talk to her everyday, phone calls are important. If you or she drives, then plan on weekends when you can see each other. 100 miles seems like a long way, and it is, but you could have it much worse. Also, what do you think your parent's reaction would be if you told them about her? If they were cool with it then maybe they'd let her stay at your place for a weekend, or vice versa. Hopefully they would already feel that you're a responsible person, because if they don't think you are then they definitely wouldn't agree to that..
