Nique, If you are looking for cheap housing, consider looking for a roomate situation or a room for rent. Leasing in traditional apartments, you won't know how much the electric bill is until you get the bill. Get on craigslist.org and look for "all bills paid" housing for a complete package. Diapers usually cost me $40-$60, depending on their age, diet, and routine. You can get formula through a program called WIC for free, along with milk, peanut butter, eggs, cheese, and a few other things for yourself.
