You can call me Beff. ^_^ Or ipod_nano since that is my name on this site. Ha. The reason behind that, is because I joined around last Christmas and, well thats what I recieved. An ipod nano! Its awesome. I am a junior this year. I recieved my black belt in martial arts, in '07. The style is Shudokan. This is my 9th year in piano. And im thinking about picking up the guitar. With the help of a friend. I enjoy reading poetry, and writing poetry. Hope to publish my work someday so watch out. ^_^ Xbox is fun. Especially Nintendo 64! Basketball, and track are other sports I do. I am a member of the Nez Perce Tribe, and am in love with my history, my language, heritage and culture. I participate in powwows. I dance and drum. I love how the air feels after it has stormed or rained, and have recently become obssessed with taking pictures of nature. Im trying really hard to revlove my life around Jesus Christ, but whoever said being christian was easy? ha. its hard, but totally worth every second. I have a beautiful cat, and really am not a big dog person. I like having a great time, laughing with people or at people. Either way, they'd do the same to me. I love to listen to classic rock more then just about anything. I've tried starting a peace revolution. Care to join? Ha. Yes I've been called a hippie. But so what. I can be pretty random, and abnormal. At school im the "wierd" one. But I prefer unique. So what if I dont follow the crowd? Id rather be different and stand out.

Woops, I mean Ramses, the pharaoh "brother" of Moses.
Hmmm....how to explain..., Lucifer wasn't put into the bible as a person, more of a statement, metaphor. It wasn't really put into the bible by mistake, but rather translated into Satan by mistake. Actually, here. James can explain it better than I, I'll quote him=>

2005
"Lucifer takes the fall

In my last post, I talked about "ghost words," words that entered the dictionary by mistake. There is a very common ghost word that became well established in our language--a ghost name, to be more accurate.

Almost everyone has heard of Lucifer, and knows him to be one of the fallen angels, indeed, the leader of the fallen angels, as famously portrayed in Milton's "Paradise Lost."

Lately, I've been doing research into angels and fallen angels, in preparation for a new novel. The novel will be using a Biblical mythology--it's set in a universe very like our own, only it really was created in seven days about five thousand years ago. Angels and devils play major roles in the plot, as the Judgment Day draws ever nearer. One thing that confused me about the Biblical fallen angels was the identity of the devil. Was the devil Lucifer, or Satan, or were they actually the same character?

Lucifer appears only once in the Bible. His name is variously translated as Lucifer or Morningstar, and is identified with the planet Venus. The relevant passage is Isaiah 14:12. "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, that didst lay low the nations!" Yet, in context, it is plain that Lucifer isn't a name, it's a title. The author is addressing Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. It's like referring to Louis XIV as the Sun King--Isaiah is saying that Nebuchadnezzar is riding pretty high and mighty right now, the brightest star in they sky, but that being up that high is only setting him up for a bigger fall.

St. Jerome, translating Isaiah from Hebrew to Latin in the 4th century, made the choice to use the word Lucifer, meaning "Light Bringer", and not long after, Lucifer began to seep into Christian mythology as a fallen angel. By the time that Milton wrote "Paradise Lost," it was well established that Lucifer was the devil--all due to a simple misreading.

So, Lucifer as a fallen angel stands out as a "ghost word" that made it big--a mistake that caught on, eventually taking on more life than its literal meaning of Venus or metaphorical meaning of Nebuchadnezzar. The chief fallen angel of popular culture not only didn't rebel against God, he didn't even exist!

I was building up to a joke about Lucifer being the ultimate fall guy, but now it no longer strikes me as funny.
So. Never mind. "

For your third question,
A religious scientists has actually came up with the theory that it was planned out to fake his death & save his life. Jesus went out of his way to start riots & confronted people in which conflicts were started. He could also of avoided being crucified by leaving town but did not. When the time came that he was actually crucified it only lasted 6 hours, when a person was crucified, at the very least, they were crucified for 1-2 days, that's only if they felt like taking the body down, most of the time the body was left to fester. After the body of Christ was taken down from the cross it was taken to a borrowed grave. Rosemary & rue were brought to the grave as well(2 herbs with extreme healing properties, still used in modern day medicine). Theory has it that his body was covered in the oils of these 2 herbs & then the white sheet was used to wrap his body to stave off infection & keep off infection, dirt, & other such things that would irritate his wounds. The image portrayed on the shroud could be caused by the rosemary, 24 hours is more than enough for rosemary to leave such an image. It was said 2 days later his grave was found empty. Well, as I stated before, the shroud portrayed images of bleeding, dead men don't bleed. It's kind of hard to be resurrected if you are not dead.

Well one, Lucifer was put into the bible by mistake, as Captain explains(he does a better job than I do)
Remises was killed in the name of God, not by any curse from God. He was bashed upside the head by a blunt instrument. It wasn't the Red Sea Moses crossed it was the Read Sea, & it wasn't thousands, they didn't even have that many slaves in one place, it was hundreds. The slaves were voluntary btw, not against their will as commonly portrayed in movies. Jesus did not die, the shroud was found & it portrays blood trails, dead men don't bleed so he was a live when taken off the cross, just put into a coma state. Here's another common mistake(though not in the bible) he was not crucified on the t shaped cross rather the T. Unlike the t cross with the T cross the upper part(looking like this) is the only part that need to be carried, the upper part alone weighs over 200 pounds, after being severally wiped & beaten that would prove to be heavy for even the most strongest of men, the t cross, the entire thing needed to be carried, it weighed nearly 900 pounds easy if not more & then staked into the ground(combine that with the weight of the person) & put up, the Romans wouldn't go through that much trouble just to crucify another commoner, which he was to them.
Besides, Jesus wasn't any saint or of any means saint like. As a child he was a rambunctious child, he was described as a trouble maker. One time because Joseph angered him he supposedly clapped his hands & banished all birds of the land(least in the village). As an adult he would cause riots & would fell in love with a prostitute. He never ventured more than 30 miles from his home town, grew up to become a carpenter, & was crucified for minor crimes & yet is some how revered as holy & the son of God?
Now here's something I find interesting, Mary was a virgin yet Jesus has 4 brothers & an accounted # of sisters. Her blood line consist of prostates & whores, yet she's a virgin at the age that it was very common to be pregnant at. & even if she was a virgin, what makes it so special? There are plenty of other virgin births before hers. What the true miracle is was Mary's birth. Her mother was unfertile & her father...I forget the name, but basically he had lazy sperm. She was a sterile baby basically.
The dead sea scrolls, they were originally documents band from the bible. For instance the passage of Adam & Eve having 9 children & then marrying each other, that's iness & against the bible. Originally Adam & Eve had only 3 male children, yet somehow one married off to a female. An anemones author seeking to explain this made up that story of Adam & Eve having nine. Though it was later excepted by the people of Ethiopia after it was discovered.

It doesn't answer why he doesn't strike him down now, just when
