Ok well first what you do is if you have like a digital camera or camcorder(I have no experience with camcorders just silent digital cameras) You upload it to your computer then if you have windows movie maker on the left you click import videos then you just import however many videos you have then drag them down into the story board thing and then it's done you could give it a try and if not just message me again and I'll see if I can help you
What I mean is, if you see that much fault in 2 people you should be really close to, maybe the problem is YOUR expectations of them. If you don't like what they do why not cut both of them loose and get a new best friend and a newboyfriend. Why would you want a best friend who lies to you and a boyfriend who annoys you. She can lie to a new best friend and he can find another girl to love and annoy. That would solve it and you could be happy.
