it may very well be, or it could be the change form the holiday(Samhain/Halloween).
On the 13th of this month is the full moon. What you can do it put in a glass & fill it with water. Bless it & let it sit in the moon light for at the least 2 days(full moon to purify & then the waning moon to banish the negative energy & the hex if it may be so). Focus on drawing away the negative energy & breaking the hex. That should do it 1_~

its called the wicca handbook

its a blue book with a petegram on the front
its the best thing I've ever bought in my life
it has pretty much all you need to know
such as correspondants
spells, gods/godess
too much to write down but its the best thing

I've read it a few year a go
the secound edition is better
what you should probably get is Wicca a Year & a Day
it takes a year & a day to become 1
& no problem
I'm here to help those who need it
to give them more of an advantage than I had really had
I had to self teach myself & it can be quite dificult & testing
