  You probably shouldn't straighten it everyday. It's most terrible for your hair. I think natural waves are pretty. Look up some Japanese hairstyles. They are really cool and exciting! You could also try headbands/clips/ribbons/etc..

  Just force yourself to do something. You need the motivation like.."I'm going to get a better grade than such-and-such person" ..that usually helps me. Just push yourself to be better than others.

  eat lots of protein in your diet, and DON'T take supplements. Unless of course, you really need them...just overall a better diet, exercise, and only take showers every-other day.
