hmmm..it's obviously hard to pinpoint exactly since I cant FEEL exactly what you're describing, but I often feel clowdy headed and really warm faced. This could be a result of social anxiety, and you should probably go to your doctor and get it checked...

I personally find that cartlidge more stings than hurts. it's a brief pain (that can be expected, you are puncturing your skin with a needle after all ;)) but it isn't too bad at all! I have 4 cartlidge piercings and none of them have ever really "hurt...
