Any tricks to get contacts in and out?
have somebody help you. I wear them to and it is hard. dont rush it. just relax and...yeah...not as easy. but it may work. I always cry afyer I put them in...it burns.

as gross as this sounds-trust me it is- and nasty, use baking soda often. to get rid of the taste---frashen wit some toothpaste. oh and eat non colored foods. that helps too.

try getting a perm that has NO LYE. It helps prevent hair breakage and loss. Any other perm with lye will actually cause your hair to get damaged. I got one with no lye and its workin perfectly. My hair is muuuch more relaxed and it looks much thinner....
