Special K Diet, Who's tried it?
I was thinking of trying this, so if anyone has tried it let me know :)
But in my mind, I think it'd work if all you ate was 2 bowls of special K a day. You're bound to lose weight.

And I think how 'average' the score is depends a bit on how old you are. For like a 3 year old to have an IQ of 120 is REALLY good, compared to like an older person.

It's WAY too strict. We're not allowed to do hardly anything that doesn't revolve around god (it has a christian ethos).

If you find them hard, listen to music and try and do them in time to the song. I do that, it helps me a bit (I'd suggest picking a song thats not so fast...you don't want to hurt yourself)
