I have both but I find G's more comfortable but I like both.
It all depends on your height to know if your fat/skinny/average. your doctor should tell you if your really concerned. I am 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 126. my doctor told me that I can still gain 30 more punds and not be fat! I wear size 3-5 depending ...
