The guitar is easier, but the drums are more challenging which makes them a better instrument to play on Rock Band. Everybody likes a challenge.

Guitar Hero III because Rock Band may have more instruments, but Guitar Hero is more of a challenge.

That is not a good question because the Wii is more interactive and is a console. The PSP is a handheld and just has special features and add ons. The Wii and PSP games go based upon what you like, so I can't answer that part.
