u could get the mistic tan, at the tanning salons, but they dont last really long. I would suggest that tanning lotion that gradually makes you darker.
I think we have a curfew for teens at the mall here, or actually in nashville, but I think teens should be able to go to the mall by themselves, teens really dont need their parents around them all the time.
If you mean to go to the mall alone, I think that 13 and up, would be a good age, maybe 12.
