Go to your local beauty supply store. They will help you find the right color. And its what your salon uses so it will work well.
Just think of it this way. When you are fifty, everyone else your age will look fifty or older. You will look 47. HaHa.
Go to your local beauty supply store and buy some color remover. It might take a few tries but it works. Get the one that takes out permanent dye. It will take you to your natural color. Then wait a month and dye it to the color you want.
I think R=red or white would look amazing. Not to formal but not too casula.

For your height you should actually be around 145!
If you have any red in your hair I would reccomend going to a professional. It turns out purple. If you don't, look on the side of the dye. It shows the natural color and the color your hair will be after you dye it.
Try rinsing with equal parts of hydrogen peroxide and water every night. Don't rinse. Sleep on it and in a couple weeks your teeth will be a couple shades whiter.
