Its is illegal to have them for pets. They are NOT tamable and they will kill you if you manage to raise it to an adult age. For you I would say you should get a dog.
Cats, like people, can have behavior problems. If you talk to your vet they can give you medicine to help make the cat calmer, kinda like valium for cats.
This may sound odd but you can get your cat shaved at the groomer. Keep her shaved thru the summer and once winter sets in let her fur grow back. Cats don't shed as much during the winter months. Good Luck!
